THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT (DSWD) LED BY SECRETARY ERWIN T. TULFO VISITED JOMALIG, QUEZON AND EXTENDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES WHOSE HOMES WERE DAMAGED DUE TO TYPHOON KARDING.
